For over $30 I expected these to last longer than just one year. The little one is still holding up, but the larger one started to come apart where the lighter colored bamboo ends are glued up to the center portion of the cutting board. I kinda had a feeling this would happen since the opposing grains are just glued together instead of using a joint/tenon fit method. Over time, the natural contraction/expansion of the wood in opposing directions is going to cause failure.They were never placed in the dishwasher and only ever washed by hand with warm water and regular dish soap. I also keep a bottle of mineral oil nearby to keep them treated, but even that did not help.Therefore, I cannot recommend these boards and suggest any buyer beware and consider looking at something else.

Delivery went without any problems. The cutiing boards were as described. I'm not sure I'd call the grooves deep, as they seem to be the same depth as any other decent grade cutting board I have (3 other cutting boards,) but they are deep enough to catch any liquids. I used the large board to cut up a watermelon and didn't have any problems with spillage.I used food grade coconut oil to oil them. But the boards I received were very dry, so it took several coatings of coconut oil before they had a absorbed enough oil.The only bad thing I found was the product labels that were glued to the boards. For whatever reason, glue was used instead of a dab of silicon. When I peeled the labels off the boards I was left with glue residue and paper scraps all over the centers of both boards. Both sides on the large board. The oil loosened the glue residue enough to be scrapped off, but it was still very annoying to spend 15 minutes cleaning the residue off the boards with my fingernails.I cannot comment on durability as these are new. The boards are quite heavy for their size, but I expected and desired that. The laminate structure calls for caution to make sure they don't come apart.

Set of 2" and only received the large cutting board. Not sure what to do. Only help I can find is automated form letter type that doesnt seem to go anywhere.Love the large one but for price want the small one also :)

The reason I am not giving these a 5 star review is the glue they used to attach the paper label to the cutting board (it's that stretchy sticky stuff that looks like boogers) won't wash completely off the cutting board. I've had the cutting boards for 3 months now, and it's still dis colored and gunky feeling right in the middle of the board where the glue was. I'm sure they could find a better way to package these.

We bought this as a gift and the recipients were very pleased - used it immediately Christmas night.We haven't had long enough to evaluate the longevity of it - but visually the quality looks excellent.It was also bought as a board big enough to carve a turkey on - not as big as I anticipated but I feelit will take care of a 14-16 lb turkey well enough. Like the grooves in the side for grease run-off.

These are very nice cutting boards. I have a coffee pot that drips and burps and was tired of constantly having to scrub my countertop so am using the largest of these under that pot. With a good dousing of mineral oil from the start, it has tolerated the coffee pot abuse without so much as a single mark on it - a quick swipe with a towel and it's good as new.

The boards appear as advertised and mine were well finished with no rough edges. I treated them with mineral oil initially, as recommended, and they function as they should. I took off one star because the larger board is just slightly warped, making it not quite perfectly stable on the counter.

Amazing product and amazing price. I had been shopping for extra large cutting boards and had done a great deal of research. I found these on Amazon at a great price!! They arrived very fast with free shipping and the cutting boards are perfect. Thick, beautiful and designed to be used. Yes, the glue in which they attach information is tuff to get off. I used alcohol, washed and oiled and they are perfect.
