solid build, handle stays cool, cooks evenly, easy to keep food from sticking,
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. we got these because I am pregnant and want to stop using teflon. From what we have heard, stainless steel or cast iron is the safest. My husband was hesitant about changing but he filmed his first time cooking and was happy about these pans. The build feels solid, the handle stays cool to the touch and with a little olive oil the surface doesn't stick (As long as you don't burn your food) We like them.

Quality and value so good, I got a set for my mom!
These are well made good quality pans. I have cooked eggs, meats, fish and veg in these pans without any burning or sticking of food. If you follow the instructions provided with pans you wont have a problem. (Tips When frying: warm the pan, add required amt of oil, heat oil, add food. I find with stainless steel low to medium heat works best. especially with ceramic cooktops. I have been using stainless steel cookware for many years and have found tri-ply , which these are give the best results. The handles are securely welded in place and have not become hot during use on the stovetop. The pans can go in the oven up to 550 degrees. (The handles and the pan will get hot in the oven) I like that the pans and handles are weighted so that the bottom of the pan sits flat on the burner. I have had no problem with cleaning these pans. Soap and water with use of a dish cloth has worked well so far. One thing to note. These pans will scratch if you vigorously use metal utensils in them. I use wooden utensils whenever possible. In the event that scratching occurs it will not affect the use of the pan in any way. I like these so much that I ordered a second set for my mother.

Heavy duty cookware from (gasp!) China
Recently switched from toxic non-stick coated cookware to stainless, and happily this set was in my budget. They came promptly and packed each in its own protective drawstring bag, which is nice for storage and camping. Follow directions and heat the oil slowly in the pan before adding ingredients. I found LOW HEAT (between 1-2 on electric range) works best for nonstick purposes. Yes, the conduction is that efficient! Be sure to take the time to heat the pan well. When my food is done, I set the pan to cool just 2 minutes or so (esp. for eggs) before transferring easily onto the plate. Use utensils that are gentle, made for non-stick pans and you'll be good. (And here's a freebie: To get the pan back into like-new condition, I wet a terry cloth and scrub gently with food-grade diatomaceous earth--works great!)

DON'T HAVE TO SCRUB FOR HOURS
After using the smaller frying pan several times, I learned that by immediately immersing the hot pan in hot soapy water, the scrambled eggs that had dried somewhat to the bottom when frying on medium, gradually softened and a non-metal spatula cleaned them off of most of the bottom of the pan. I also learned that by simply using a fingernail to scrape the mess on the curved parts of the pan worked and my nail did not break from the effort. Wow! Currently, I am using the pan every day and no longer cringe at the idea of cleaning a frying pan.

Great pans with even cooking
I was surprised by how well these pans performed. They are easy to clean and maintain, but I do mention that I have the bar cleaners friend cleanser which comes in n real handy to clean if ever I burn anything with these pans. There is one complaint though, I do feel like these pans had a flat surface to start with but after 6-9 months they do not have a flat bottom anymore. I always hand wash these pans so just the heating and cooling on an electric stove has caused this. Also I try not to use metal spatulas and it has had very few scratches and so wouldn’t call it scratch resistant but super impressive given I or it at around a 25 dollar price point. As for the main cooking function they are super good give me even cooking and very useful!

What a surprise!
I purchased this set for the 10 inch pan. I wanted a sturdy pan to encase 9 inch springform pan so I could bake a cheesecake in a water bath without leakage, and this was the only reasonably priced option. My plan would have worked, except the latch on the springform keeps it from fitting within the skillet. No matter: my first reaction after opening the package is "These are beautiful!" And each pan came in its own protective bag. Remembering the prices on some of the other pans, I looked online again to make sure I hadn't mistaken the decimal point. Nope $37.95. The pans come with instructions that are similar to those for skillets with nonstick coatings. I followed the instructions and the pans cleaned up easily and beautifully.

Everyone's got to have a good stainless steel pan
These are great stainless steel pans, I've been very happy with how they've performed compared to my high-end stainless steel pan. They seem to heat evenly and the handle doesn't get hot. I always heat my pan slightly before adding any oil/fat and then let that heat before adding meat or eggs. My chicken gets a nice even crust and my egg pizza, as my kids call it, cooks nicely and doesn't stick.I'm very happy with these pans and think they cook as well as my other more expensive stainless steel pan. This is a must-have in your kitchen arsenal.

Misleading
Worst cookware ever!! Suppose to be non stick that’s a lie everything sticks even when I add oil. Easy to clean another lie I had to let them sit overnight and they still stained the bottom. I bought these because they were FDA approved but I wish I had saved my money. If I had known this before I used them I would be sending them back. Horrible waste.
