This was a gift for my sister who has been wanting a tea set for a while. It is absolutely beautiful! It's so dainty and just gorgeous. It arrived very well packaged with all pieces intact. She loved it!

Lovely tea set!!! Tho not the highest end type of porcelain, the set is pretty, nonetheless. Nicely styled. Love the lavender/purple colors! so pretty, I may make it a wedding gift for my friends!

I got this set specifically to have a tea party with my little nieces. I have several nieces between ages 4 and 8, and one of them saw a movie where a little girl was having a tea party with her dolls, and so she wanted to have one. My sister-in-law doesn't have a tea set, though. So when I saw this one, I grabbed it immediately, and as soon as it got here, I brought it over to their house, invited all my little nieces over, and we had a tea party. No real tea, of course, since they're little, but we did some mint tea. The set itself is quite hefty, but not too heavy to handle, just very well made. The design is absolutely beautiful. It seems like something an old grandmother would have, in the best way, not outdated, just timeless and classic. The size is maybe a touch small for adults, in my opinion, but then I'm not a huge tea drinker. I take my drinks in a much larger mug. But it was perfect for kids, and maybe this is actually a normal-sized tea set for civilized people, and I'm just an uncultured pleb. Not sure. Either way, it was absolutely perfect for what I needed, and my nieces loved it. And you can't put a price on great memories, so in that regard, it's well worth the money. Overall, this is a really nice looking and well made set, and I might even break it out from time to time for myself.
