I bought these 1 1/4 inch grommets specifically because they are large enough to pass a power cord plug through. I built a large fully enclosed audio cabinet with filtered ventilation to keep dust out of my audio gear, and needed a way to pass power cords out of the back of the cabinet without having a big open hole. These will work nicely. Also I bought some 1 inch grommets to pass HDMI, network, etc. cables, but those are a little to small for power cords.

Used these to hide some cords in a wall for Amazon echo wall mount. Worked perfectly for my needs.

Used for cables going outside to power a camera. No critters have been seen sneaking inside the house via the pass-through.
