Great for sleep!
I take 4 about 30 minutes before bed and honestly I’ve never slept so well. Melatonin keeps me awake, but these make me feel well rested when I wake up in the morning. Love!

Would be pricey to keep buying consistently
Flavor is soo good. If it actually helped my mag levels I wouldn’t know🥲 but I’d get them again. OLLY does have a pretty high price tag and the bottles don’t last very long, and these could all be giving the sugar “pills” effect too lolol.

I started using these to help me sleep at night since melatonin doesn’t work for me. I’ve been taking them for three weeks now, and they’ve been amazing. I’d recommend checking with your doctor before trying them—especially if you’re taking any medications, pregnant, or breastfeeding. Just a heads-up: they may have a mild laxative effect, so keep that in mind if you have a sensitive stomach.
