I thought this was pretty unique and has good reviews but boy I was so disappointed! The magnet was almost non-existent: it picks up SOME pins - about 2 or 3 - and the minute your wrist moves, the pins slide down! It cannot even hold a single pin! Better off with the traditional pin cushion!

The vendor sent an email requesting I review this item. They said they "noticed I had received the product". (This vendor's powers of observation are just pitiful-the package is due next Wednesday.) Disclaimer: I am in no way psychic and reserve the right to guess wrong at any time. (I will be checking out the crystal ball selection after this to help with my next review! I hope they don't ask me to review the crystal ball before it comes! Akward!) So.....ummmm......lets see.....it is a big purple magnet for holding pins. I guess that it will hold the pins as long as I don't use brass or plastic ones. It is purple. It has a wrist band for to wear on your wrist. The end!

I love this pin magnet as it's nice not to reach across the project or table when a pin is needed now. The band is comfortable and the pins stay on nicely. Overall a great purchase.
