this phone is not unlocked. it has an iphone body with an andrioid exterior. i purchased this for my niece and cannot get it activated anywhere

I bought this phone and I found out that there’s camera on the phone but in the phone itself there is no camera app in the phone so it shows that there’s no video camera on the phone so I want to know if someone can show me where I can find the video in this camera thank you.
