This 36W UV Light Ultraviolet Germicidal Light by BRIGHTINWD does exactly what it is intended to do. This is a mini death ray to micro-orgasms and you should do your research before investing in products that give off UVC light and Ozone.Packaging and attention to detail with the unit are great, it was safely packed in Styrofoam. For safety there is a manual toggle switch to the unit, along with a remote control to operate from a distance. This works great in my setting, I have an at home daycare, and with children that come sick from school or from other environments this works perfectly. Instead of spraying bleach or lysol on every surface, I can use this product and rest assure that the UVC will kill the unwanted micro-orgasms. I just have to properly air out afterwards due to the Ozone.Know your 3 P's People, Pets, and Plants should not occupy the same space as this product while in operation.Eye protection and skin protection are necessary to prevent burns and possible eye damage.This does produce Ozone, Ozone has many warnings please consult with warnings before and after use.You will need a specialty battery LiCB 23A 12V, these are fairly inexpensive.Pros:With the strength of the 36 watts it will kill any micro-orgasms that are lingering around.It produces Ozone to help scrub the air and surfaces from odors.It is light weight and takes up a small foot print, it is easily moved from room to room.Cons:This is not UL listed, you should always keep a timer on this and be aware while it is being operated.It produces an exceptional amount Ozone might be too much to some people.In conjunction with Hepa air purifiers, I am more confident there is no mold, bacteria, or virus's in my house and daycare for children. We found black mold behind one of the baseboards in our study and have been using this lamp to try and salvage some of the books we had in there. I put the books and the lamp in a closet for 30 mins. Not sure if it’s actually working but it makes me feel slightly better than I’m doing something before bringing them into the rest of the house. The smell it gives off is eye watering horrible. I’ve read that some people enjoy the smell, I don’t know how that’s possible. The instructions were mostly in Chinese but thankfully it isn’t hard to operate. It works just as it says (or what I think it says) I’m just not sure how effective it ultimately is at killing mold. It isn’t super sturdy when you stand it up so make sure it’s on a solid flat surface. The cord is fairly long and with the remote you don’t have to get too close to operate it.

Wow the smell is absolutely nauseating even after being on for only 3 minutes but if it kills my black mold I’ll be happy. Now I’m going to have to figure out how long I need to air out a room before it’s bearable again. Timer settings are for 15, 30 or 60 minutes but I won’t leave it on for more than 3 minutes and probably less. I’ll update later.

Arrived quickly and is fully functional. The delay of 15 seconds allows plenty of time to put the goggles on. Good product and works well for now ( I’ve had it for 2 weeks). As a suggestion please include goggles in the package at extra $$. It’s annoying to get the lamp and than wait separately for goggles to arive.

"0.1 ppm ozone (on average) during any 8 hour time period." And I am not sure about how much radiation is safe. Proceed with caution everyone. My eyes have been irritated by the Ozone. I have to to stop using it for now. Really can't try to kill mold but end up having problems with my eyes, lungs or even cancer.

Works great! I have used it for my bathroom after a bad bacterial infection and it killed the bacteria. I didn’t get reinfected. Yes it does smell, but nothing that can’t be tolerated. I have used It and then left home for few hours by the time I return it smell was gone. Lamp does what it should do. Recommending this product.

Tried canceling order: seller required I pay shipping from US to China. Arrived in damaged box. Item is too powerful for any large home; overpowers space with strong ozone smell.

Emits a horrible, nauseating, head-ach inducing smell that quickly fills the home and lingers! Thought the smell might "burn off", but I was wrong. Sending back!
