We are beyond thankful to know that there are reiki craftsmen out there ,With love & respect ;This simply was not what we were expecting.The color in the picture is a fluorescent aqua green primary , but in real life islets a dark aqua blue primary ..~ this , and also there are many imperfections with the product ; including but not limited too, many holes & blemishes on the faces of the pyramid , uneven sides & alignment , and mini hairs & dust / debris on the bottom of the pyramid ..We love the concept dearly , and we are sure the author placed great love and care into it ;~ however being an avid buyer of many orgonite pyramids , we have had a greater perfected experience from author handmade creators for a fraction of the price ....We attempted to contact the creator to proceed with a refund, as this is not what we expected ; however the creator was / is unable to honor this.; it brings sorrow to my heart that this may be negatively impacting the creator’s wife & children / family ;~ however we also may believe that this is our civil responsibility to share our experience out of humility and transparency ..~ blessed & blissful love and light of the highest harmonious order to all ~Have a wonderful, & beloved existence 🙏
