Wolfgang Puck Organic Vegetable Barley Soup, 14.5 oz. Can

I most often use such cans of soup to plop into left-over home-made soups when there was too little left over or if I already ate the leftovers twice in a row and need what's left to taste like something else. For bulking up the leftovers Wolfgang's barley soup is one of the best (so too the lentil), and still properly vegetarian for me. Sometimes i eat it from the can but to be particularly tasty it needs a dollop of butter or sour cream, as by itself it tastes canned. But I must say I always wanted a [lacto-ovo] vegetarian barley soup and used to lament every time I saw some other brand with beef or mutton in it. I appreciate the comparatively new availability of canned soups for veg-heads. Now if only they'd stop adding sugar! If they'd seriously use top, fresh ingredients it won't need to be sweetened.

We bought a bunch of different kinds of Wolfgang Puck soups because my mother loves soup. She completely disliked the other soups we bough which was disappointing, but she LOVED this one. This is the second time we've stocked up on this soup and she didn't even wait until I had unpacked them out of the box before taking one and eating it.

This is one of the best soups I have ever had. My husband and I enjoy a variety of soups, and this one is hearty and tasty. Sometimes we'll use it as the base for a different soup, but it is so delicious on its own. We will continue to purchase this product in the future. We're already on our second box of soup.

I understand that low sodium and organic are necessary for better health, but there was no flavor. I eat low sodium often when I cook, and it has better flavor. A little salt is needed for the flavor to come out.

for some reason I thought there was more than one can, this same soup is half the price in grocery stores.

Very good and nutritious. Nothing added, no additives or preservatives, just all organic natural ingredients. Buying again.
