Heady. Exercises are meaningless to the actual how to's of writing a one person show. Dense.

Packed full of exercises for the aspiring solo performer. Really useful and enjoyable to dip in and out. Would recommend for both performers and workshop leaders.

A rich mix of acting, writing and devising exercises. Found the "performance challenges" a fun way to gain new perspective on my ideas.
