Excelant pair of pants, Extreamly durable.
I bought these pants early in the year just before riding season and I must say that I have been pretty happy with them. They work great for keeping the wet out. Only two problems that I have with them is that I wish the legs were longer for the given size (large - I wear a 34 inch long pants, and the rain pants are 32 inch long, so while sitting on the bike, the legs ride up well past my ankle leaving my riding jeans sticking out the bottom if I don't roll them up a bit. However, using the boot strap to keep them down, as well as the ankle strap to keep them tight does a very good job of keeping everything down there dry.The pants are also extremely durable. They show no signs of heat damage after untold time in close proximity to my exhaust pipes in stop and go traffic. Also, the quite literally saved my A$$ today. I took a spill today at speed going around a bend when my rear tire lost traction and the bike skidded out from under me, trapping my foot under the bike as I skidded 50 feet to a stop, my full body weight on my hip. After getting to my feet and checking out the damage, the pants barley had a scratch on them, and nothing that broke through the material completely saving my jeans underneath. Plus, the rain pants are still 100% usable. Had I not been wearing the rain pants, I am certain I would have shredded the jeans and had worse then just a bruised ego.

Very happy with this product
Bought these a few months back, been waiting for some good rain to test them out in before writing a review. And we've been getting plenty of rain lately.Solid product, good fit. I'm pretty stocky, so wider legs is a plus, especially when straddling a a motorcycle. The crotch in these also seems to have some good give. My last pair of rain pants (different manufacturer) consistently leaked at the crotch. These have more room down there and are much more comfortable when riding. The extra layer of material on the inside also gives me more confidence in this product for the long term.My only complaint is that the elastic heel straps are too loose if extended or too tight when snugged in by the velcro. But since the cuff widtch can be adjusted a bit, I haven't had a problem with them riding up, even on the freeway.

These are great cheap pants.
Needed some new rain pants for a long ride. Old ones got tattered after 10 years. Wasn't expecting much out of these, just wanted a cheap pullover type I can shove in a side pocket just in case. These are actually much higher quality and featured then the description and pics lead you to believe. Bottom has nice velcro wrap around closures for a snug boot fit. Waist is comfortable and adjustable. Fabric is decent and water protection adequate. Just make sure to understand these go over your actual riding pants, and provide no protection other then from rain. Pro tip for cold weather riders: put your rain pants on, it'll break the wind and keep you warm.

Leaked badly after 7 months
I had these pants for only about 7 months before they failed catastrophically. When riding to a tutorial lesson in a fairly heavy rain, the pants leaked a lot of water in the crotch area. My pants became soaked from the crotch down to the knees, and I had to cancel the lesson, losing the fee of about $17. I bought them because of several reviews stating that they worked well in protecting a rider from rain, but this was not true for me.

Blocks The Wet, Fits In Laptop Bag
I put these in my laptop bag when I ride. They aren't bulky at all when folded up so they work great when you think it might be wet. I don't have to take my boots/shoes off to put them on.I marked down the matching jacket for being too warm. These also don't breathe but it isn't such an issue for me as my legs don't quite produce the heat like my upper body. They are loud to walk in but that isn't a huge consideration for me as I don't really wear them once I get off my bike.

They'll Keep You Dry
I bought these pants to keep my clothes dry on my 2 mile commute in rainy PDX. As far as dryness is concerned, they work great.However... they don't breathe at all. I have a rain jacket that keeps rain out without holding in so much heat, and it's a lot more comfortable to wear. They're also very loud when walking around, they remind me of snow pants when I was a little kid. Also, they're not perfect for bicycling. The lower leg can be tightened with velcro, but not quite as much as I would have liked, I think they'll stay out of my gear, but it's close.Nothing really wrong with the product, but I'll go a different route next time.

Vega Rain Pants (Black, X-Large)
The sizes on these pants run VERY SMALL. i usually wear LARGE pants (sweat pants, shorts, boxers, etc) so i ordered an EXTRA LARGE knowing that it will be covering my outter wear. tried to put these on with some jeans and it felt like a size MEDIUM. so i tried them on with just my boxers and still a tight fit!!??!?! OTHERWISE: good material, nice stitching. havent tested them in the rain cuaz they dont fit.

good value
I bought these to use on my short -6 mile - commute to work. I ride a 150 scooter that gets up to 60 mph. I wanted something that would easily fit over my boots and keep my legs dry. I was pleasantly surprised that these lightweight pants not only kept me dry in the rain but blocks the cold wind penetration about 80% - meaning it's a little cold but you're not frozen.I highly recommend these pant for short rides and they, so far, are very durable.

Perfectos
La talla es perfecta. Tienen velcro en los tobillos para abrirlos y ponértelos sin quitarte las botas. También tienen estribos para que no se te suban, son perfectos para andar en moto.
