I love this soap dispenser, however when I decided to mount it on the wall I'm not as happy hence the 3 stars. The wall mount piece is plastic with flimsy plastic notches that serve to hold the dispenser. One of the notches broke off and now the dispenser is hanging on one notch and very crooked . I'm hoping to find a replacement mount for it, even if it's the same flimsy one....I'll just be very careful. Like I said the dispenser works well and is very attractive. If mounting on the wall is required, this is not a sound choice.

I really like this soap dispenser! It makes it fun and easy for my toddler to wash his hands!! I use store-bought foaming soap from the bath & body store. I've tried mixing my own in the past with a pump dispenser and it didn't work well for me, so I'll just stick with buying specifically "foaming" soap. After using this for a few months, it started dispensing less and less soap and then eventually no soap at all, but the machine was still making noise like it was attempting to work. Upon inspection I notice that when I grabbed the bottle the side popped in and wouldn't pop back out, which told me that the air was all vacuumed out of the bottle. I open it up, unscrewed the bottle and that let air back into the bottle. When I put it back together again it worked perfectly! So I'll have to just do that every now and then to keep it operating properly. I'm sure if I had my husband drill a hole or two near the top of the bottle that would do the trick too.

I actually love it and bought a second one. The first one still works wonderfully! The 2nd one quit working already. Thought it was the batteries but it is dead even with new batteries. It's only been 3 months. I want another one because they are great when they work but I'm kind of worried.

This soap dispenser works as good as a much more expensive one that I own. I like the 2 settings for how much soap it dispenses at a time. I also like the larger size. Instead of 8 oz., it holds 16 oz. I do agree with a few other comments that it is not the most wonderful looking machine, but it does work good. It is easy to fill also and you can easily see how much soap you have. You can even mount this one on the wall. I have owned it for over a month now and it's still working good. I am concerned about the quality of the plastic holder. It seems a little cheap. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If this dispenser lasts 1-2 years, I will be happy and may even consider buying another one.

Had it for about 8 moths and it clogged a couple of times and doesn't always given a full dose of soap on the first try. It is also a battery hog.

Hi,I have four units. Three are working great. One stopped dispensing and flashes an orange light. I've swapped out the batteries as suggested, but it hasn't fixed the problem. The product picture says it has a one-year warranty. I purchased mine in January 2018. How do I get a replacement?

I have two small toddlers and this soap dispenser is a life saver! While I’m carrying one of my kids, all she has to do is have her hand out so it just makes it easier for me. It’s definitely a nice thing to have with small kids. We were out of town for two weeks and it stopped working. I realized you need to use it frequently if not make sure just readjust it. Other than that I love it!

Met the famiy’s need. Worked great in the beginning but now a few months in does not dispense like it used to no matter what I do. It says to remove the straw and wash but can’t get the straw out.
