The Sauerkraut Co. Red Cabbage Barrel Aged Sauerkraut (1)

Am a sauerkraut newbie & tried this for the first time tonight. Its delicious... lovely taste, not too strong & the cabbage still has texture to it. Will definitely buy again.

This is a very tasty fermented red cabbage. I personally prefer the lighter tasting white cabbage version, but that's down to personal preference. This red cabbage has a deeper flavour to it, but it's just as crunchy.

Delivery came quite quickly. There was some leakage but it is well packed so didn't get into a mess, also clear instructions on first time opening, for me didn't really fizz up. After doing some research and finding out its benefits for health i thought id try some good quality sauerkraut but was abit pricy. Yes it was my first time trying sauerkraut and it tasted delicious, had it with my dinner. Will continue to eat it with my meals throughout the day.

This is the real deal - top quality, crisp and flavoursome.

I've been eating about 30g of this delicious unpasteurised red cabbage sauerkraut every day for the past week.I was a bit concerned about the quality and flavour when choosing this product, but im pleased to say it was the right one to go for.I'll be repeating my order soon.

Really complex flavourful way to 'cheer up' your gut! Goes great with so many foods (a bit added to salads; sides for burgers, sausages of any ilk; with a good cheese...)Best I've tasted.

Does the job well.

After a delivery fault of the first item, someone from Sauerkraut called and understood my complaint. They do care about the quality and their customers.Very happy with their service. I unable to write much on the taste since I haven't had the chance to try the product yet, hopefully I will be able to update on this soon.
