PREVIOUS: Beautiful but after filling them, I came back the next morning and 3 of the 4 I bought were broken! UPDATE: I was sent replacements and so far everything is great and the customer service team is extremely kind and helpful!

They are sturdy and beautiful

The plastic straws that bring the dish soap up, brake off all the time. It is really hard to get the tiny straw out to fix. I ordered different stickers(one for dish soap, one for vinegar/water for cutting boards. I dressed them up on a marble pedestal stand. I'm hoping to find replacement straws that fit and are longer.

The straw inserts are too short. They stop 2/3 of the way down. They are very flimsy also. I attempted to not push them into the pump so much so they would be closer to the bottom but they kept falling out.

I gave it 4 stars because the black ones were out of stock and I had to buy the gold ones. Since I purchased the gold ones I had to make an additional purchase for the black pumps which was another $17 on top of this $30. Then the labels are white instead of black but it doesn’t look bad. I had to do a lot to get the look I want. Stand from Amazon also.
