I recently suffered a back injury and after going through physical therapy I was told an exercise ball will help me with posture and strengthing my core. After looking online I came across the expansive ball which had a lot of positive reviews. Although my first ball came without a pump I contacted customer service and they immediatly send me a new ball. This ball is great because it's a lot thicker than the one I used at my physical therapy facility. It's very durable and I use it not only for my excercises but also for sitting when I do work at my desk or watching a TV show. I inflated it about a month ago and I still didn't have to add any air even though the weather is getting hotter and a change in temperature can affect the air molecules in a ball or any device that contains air. Overall I would recommend this ball because of its supurb quality and for the customer support that stands behind their product. You can't go wrong with purchasing a ball from this seller.

Original Post: I purchased this ball in hopes that that all the great reviews were ensuring I bought a high quality product. I will not however even have the chance to use this ball as it arrived with no plug to stop the air from rushing out once its inflated. My options through Amazon customer service are limited, which I find to be even more frustrating.I am very willing to fix this review if the seller would like to step up and fix this issue, but for now it will remain at one star as I can hardly use a pile of uninflated rubber to do crunches and other workouts.Edit: I reached out to the company and they sent me a brand new ball with all the proper pieces and 2 day shipping. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of this ball, it is sturdy and durable and I cant really ever see this ball popping. Would be a 5 start review had my order been perfect the first time, but I took off one star due to what I'm sure what a simple mistake.

This stability ball is high quality and stylish. It's hard to see the finish, but it's not just a plain black, it's really nice. And, style is important to me, but even more importantly the quality is great. It's very thick/sturdy, so it's not flimsy like a lot of other stability balls. It's the perfect size too. I like to use it for workouts, rolling out my back (which feels amazing), and also for when I get tired of sitting in my chair working from home. :)It also came with a super inspirational message on what the company believes in on the instructions, which to me is just that little extra detail that makes me feel even better about making a product purchase. Plus, it says expansive, every time I see it it inspires me to feel and think about being expansive in my being, life and biz! When I first saw the pump I thought it would take an eternity to inflate this big ball! The pump blows air on both movements as you pull and push the handle! It is pretty fast! It has a little plastic fork that makes it easier to pull the pin out in case you want to inflate it a little more later on or put it away or in case you are traveling and want to take it with you. If you want to use it as a chair in case you spend too much time working in front of your computer then I recommend the 75cm. I am 5'8'' and as you can see the picture my legs are parallel to the floor. It is a good hight for sitting. The price range and quality make it the best deal on Amazon. I really recommend it!

I ordered this in blue and received the color red, disappointed as well the shipping took longer than normal. I didn’t return as I do have red accents in a few pieces of decor in my office.Overall the product is great and does it job and I like the surface not being slick as the rough texture keeps from any sliding.Update: Expansive sent another red, and I found the issue the box marked blue, but red color inside. After sending pictures of another wrong color and the box saying blue. Expansive got the issue resolved and sent a blue exercise ball out. Also I have used the exercise ball for 2 weeks sitting on it during work hours as I work from home. This exercise ball works my legs, gluteus, and core, also my posture. I am very happy with the product.....Thank you Expansive, much appreciated!!

I really like my ball!! I work from home, so I replaced my office chair with it and I just bounce all day long. After the first day, it felt so weird standing up. My legs were like jelly. After about a month, I started to notice that my neck wasn't hurting anymore, and my butt was all firm and sexy again!! My thighs are starting to become less jiggly, too, all from just bouncing on it throughout my eight hour shift. I took a star off because I had to refill it a few times within the first few days of having it. That was pretty annoying, BUT I STILL LOVE MY NEW "CHAIR"! 😄

This ball helped bounce both of my babies calm those first months home from the hospital. In fact, it was the ONLY thing that worked. I sat on it a lot while pregnant, so I think that is why it was so comforting for them once born. I highly recommend it to all new parents!

To update: since my last review, the seller contacted me & sent me a new ball which I have been using for about six months with no issues- I did have to add a little air one day but I think this happens with any sort of "ball".I bought this ball to replace a chair since some days I am in my office for up to 18 hours and I am sore when I get up from my chair. This ball was great...while it lasted. I had it less than 2 weeks and it somehow got a hole and now does not stay inflated. My office has a normal office floor with nothing that would explain the hole/slow leakage.
