I take B-12 everyday. This brand is very good. The tablets dissolve well and taste great! All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular brand. Great price also. I've never had a problem with delivery. I was worried about them traveling in the heat. But, its never bothered them. I've been using these for around 4 years.

great taste only pill i enjoy taking

My doctor put me on the supplement because my vitamin B12 level was very low. After 3 weeks of daily use, my level increased to well above the normal range so my doctor cut back on the supplement to every other day. Since the supplement worked so well, I don’t have to start taking the vitamin B12 shots! I also like that the pill is fast dissolving, usually within 30 seconds.
