Good food poor delivery
Good quality food that my dog loves but the courier lets it down. It always ends up in the hands of DPD and they are an absolute nightmare. They do not listen to my amazon preferences, their website won’t allow me to change my preferences, I have to beg them to leave it on my porch every time after several days of delay resulting in my dog almost running out of food each month. I am thinking of buying it from a different seller for this reason

First class service
Generally I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I would make an exception. Absolutely first class service, product arrived a day earlier than expected and came with a lovely hand written card and complimentary gift. Usually when ordering dog food via internet there is a risk the bag will split but in this case the packaging was exceptional. Thank you so much for providing a first class service. From now on I will be ordering all my dog food and accessories from here!

Great food worth the cost
This was recommended to me for a fuzzy border collie. Very pleased to say it agrees with her. Other dried foods have been ignored but she sniffs this and eats immediately!

Bag was split and taped up with sellotape
Very unhappy. Packet was taped up as had obviously been damaged. No way it can be used as unsure if it’s safe to use (tampered with or gone off as exposed to air) and also whether the full amount is there!
