This works as expected.

For a battery powered trimmer, I was impressed. Gotta say, however, I bought the bigger 24v battery immediately. The supplied battery is pretty sad. The bigger battery enables me to dig out deep mulch & compost that's been sitting 2 & 3 years becoming soil & full of roots. Now my compost pile is giving me usable quantities of good soil for my raised beds.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This tiller began smoking and almost caught fire the first time I tried to use it the seller's customer service is awful they only gave me 1/2 my refund when it was obviously a defective product. I packed it right back up and even put in extra packaging material to be sure it arrived in the best condition eventhough it was obviously defective. I am very unhappy and may never by another snowjoe product and definitely won't by anything from this seller. Unhappy!!!
