Make sure you take with food. I work nights so I feel like they give me a healthy boost. Not like an energy drink but more like my mind is awake and ready. Then add in the stamina. Win/win. Again, do not take on an empty stomach. They will make you throw up.

My batch may had too much ashwaganda. Made me to calm. Pill taste horrible but as all things good for your body does.

I have been taking this supplement daily for 18 days now. I was looking for a supplement with a similar ingredient list for an affordable price. I can't confirm this supplement's purported ingredient concentrations or quality but this combination has been very hard on my stomach. Before I talk about this product making me sick, I have to say that I have taken similar supplement combinations compared to the ingredients in this supplement without any nausea or upset stomach problems. I have been looking for a more affordable all-in-one supplement in the men's testosterone support category. Most times I take this supplement I get nauseous. I've vomited several time after taking this supplement. I have been taking these with a meal and 8oz of water as directed. I get nausea every time. I have tried taking this all of the ways I can think of such as taking with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and with different food groups. It makes me feel or be sick. I tried to keep taking them to see if I would adjust to it but I have not at all. The capsules taste foul. They have a fetid bitterness that I have to swallow down quickly to avoid because it is awful tasting. This is not something I have experienced with other supplement brands I have tried. This product, and the other products under this brand look very cheap. Compared to their images on the Amazon marketplace, the graphic is poorly scaled for its print size. This poor print resolution means that the small text in the important areas of the bottle like the directions and ingredients are blurry and almost undefined. The cheap, cost cutting look and feel of the bottle is obviously from a low grade printer and label paper. This is not what you want to see on a professional supplement brand. This looks like a DIY situation and makes me question the overall integrity of this brand. Clean Nutraceuticals seems like a bust. There are better vetted, higher quality brands out there.
