Perfect addition to my mobile workout gear:- resistance bands w/ handles- thicker, high-tension resistance bands- small mat- jump rope!In general -- but especially when I travel -- I like to go to public tracks or parks with athletic fields and do full body strength and resistance workouts. Adding various jump rope intervals has been a nice touch in mixing things up in the ~week I've used this.- Easy to adjust; by hand or optionally with a Phillips Head screwdriver- Good grip with subtle contour- No tangles (unless you purposefully knot it up)- Convenient carrying bag to tuck away in whatever bag you already use to carry your gear

Great Jump Rope!
Really like this jump rope. It has the feel of more expensive ropes that I have used in the past (RXGear), but at a better price. This will be my go-to for WODs!
