The product looks very nice, I use it to post interesting facts every week at my desk. However, there is some inconsistency in the pegs that attach it to the letter board. Some of the pegs are long and skinny, some are short and fat. So some letters will hold onto the board with more ease while others will fall off if you even move it a little bit. I’ve included a picture for reference. Some of the pegs are diagonal on the letters, so those letter with only one point of contact (I, T) will sit diagonally on the board.I recommend using nail clippers to remove the letters from the plastic they come attached to. The scissors it comes with are dull and hurt my fingers after a while, also the amount of force required to remove them caused some letters to fly across the room. The smaller bits of punctuation (periods and commas) would be very hard to remove with the included scissors without compromising the shape.

Original set arrived with gauge in wood that gave me a splinter when I took it out of the bubble wrap.I had received an email from infinity asking if I was happy with the product so I replied regarding the board. They sent me another board in great condition.Everything in the box is exactly what I was expecting. The only thing that bugs me a little is the letters, & this may just be my experience but they don’t stay inserted into the felt slots as securely as I’d like (if you knock the board they will fall out).

This Felt Letter Board is truly Premium! I had ordered a similar board from another board but after the first few days of use the wood frame started to crack? This is when i threw it away and found this great board which has been beautiful in my kitchen for daily reminders on my way out the door. The whole design and construction is built to last a very longtime! Also, it comes with a great organizer and a fantastic amount of letters so i never have trouble finding the letters i need! Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend!

I got this so my kids can Hold up an I love u Happy Bday Daddy sign. It was so cute and worked well. The letters are not felt but the board is and the letters stick onto the board. Very cute and I'm so goad I git it.

It came with double the amount of letters expected as well as lots of extra characters. The scissors sent to help cut the letters off kind of sucked but I would absolutely recommended this!

Very cool letter board Excellent way to remind my husband the "to do list". This letter board is very sturdy, well built and excellent quality.I would definitely recommend this letter board actually thinking about getting another one for my daughter.
