This bed came without instructions on how to build it which increased the time and frustration of building the product. When completed, several of the wooden pieces had large. deep scratches in the wood most of which are visible in the finished product. My two year old loves the bed, but I would buy a different design and avoid the hassle

Assembly instructions were not included in the box. It is impossible to get in touch with the manufacturer for help. Nightmare to assemble with no instructions and zero product support.

Our son loves this bed. It has great colors, but some details were sticked together. And there were no instructions included. But it was not super hard to assemble it without detailed instructions.
