I am taking this for fertility as recommended by my doctor. Previously I was taking a formula that required it to be mixed in water and this is so much easier, more convient, and more cost effective. The ingredients matched the powder I was taking exactly. Hard to say about the effectiveness at this point, but hoping it helps in the future. I just take two pills in the morning and 2 in the evening, I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.

Wow! I'm going on 44 and was starting to see a lot of changes happening with my body, the way I felt, I was having periods less often, and it seemed like everything was just shriveling up. I reached out to my general physician who ran tests and He said my hormones looked fine even though when I plugged the numbers into Google, it came back saying that I could be perimmenopausal. Luckily, I mentioned it to another one of my doctors who doesn't even deal with hormones, and she recommended this supplement to me saying that she started using it around my same age and it was highly effective for her. Okay so I did some research online before deciding to purchase, there were so many brands out there and I kinds chose this one because it seemed to contain a good dosage per pill and it was cheap. The reviews were also good. One of the reason I decided to leave a review was to help any others that was really looking to seeing actual results. So I waited a month to post mine. The first month I started taking the recommended dosage of 3 pills a day, I took it in the morning because I read somewhere that some people had trouble sleeping if they took in the afternoon. I didn't wanna chance it so morning it was. First week I noticed that I felt kinda like down, as if heavy in a way, and the following week I got my period, well the period was pleasant (which never happens for me i usually get very bad cramps forst 2 days) up until the last day, when I got bad cramps. The thing is my period lasted like 9 days when it normally lasts 5 to 7. I continued anyway. Week 3 came along and I lowered dosage to 2 pills because I started to get headaches. I was determined to see what dosage worked. Sure enough 2 pills a day removed headaches. I felt little less sugar cravings than before. I slept a bit better and today is about 5 weeks in, I haven't lost weight but I did however notice my body looking more firm and my belly pooch shrinking. Will update in another month.

The best. My only concern is that it came heated and that is not good for medicine even though it was written on the box that protect from heat but still it was heated. Anyways it is my second purchase and this is the best supplement anyone can have. I hope next time if i order it will be well protected from heat.
