Love it
Used it to make an inner rocker panel weather shield for my 75 f100 . Now I want to make ones for the floor too. It`s heavy material so use a mold if you`re making complex shapes. I ran (2) layers with the grain running up and down, and (2) layers cut at a 45 degree angles. With polyester resin, it`s comparable to standard auto body sheet metal. I have zero complaints.

Great for boat floor
This product worked excellent for a boat floor glass project.

This material is really heavy weight glass. I was using it to repair a sailboat rudder and it is way to heavy to wet out on a narrow area, did not know what 24oz was but now I know it is huge. I would say this would be intended for flat laminated projects where lots of strength is needed. I would imagine it would take a a bit of epoxy to wet out. It was my fault buying this weight of fiberglass as I did not know the difference between weights. If you are going to be doing typical repairs for boat dings and damage I would get the thinner glass. The quality of this stuff seems top notch.

Great buy!
VERY thick, easy to work with. Worked great with the resin and supports to reinforce a bar top that I was making. Came out great. Had to patch a big 4ft x 4 inch hole in a piece of bartop.

Better have some help with this.
I used this to repair a large crack in the bulkhead of a fiberglass tank and learned in a hurry that trying to hang it vertically was a real challenge. This is the thickest and heaviest fiberglass that I have used. I know to order this again when I start on an old boat. Will be great on a flat surface.

Worked perfectly
Used this to re-glass a 3 inch hole in my sailboat's cabin top. It was my first fiberglassing project and this cloth worked great for the repair. Used four layers as per the original layup schedule.

This item was as described and worked great. Keep in mind that this cloth is very heavy, use only on extra heavy duty applications. It will take alot more resin than the normal fiber cloth to completely saturate.

Not 100% Fiberglas.
Caution: this will shrivel, melt and burn, if exposed to a flame. I was hoping this was 100% Fiberglas. A significant amount is resin.
