I ordered this in a pinch because I needed a case/bag for a 17" laptop asap. I also need to carry notebooks and other stuff so I wanted something a bit roomy.....and I wanted as inexpensive as I could get, but still look good. This bag checked all the boxes and then some!! It is so sturdy and well made!! It looks EXPENSIVE!! I got the bright yellow because....well, I wanted it! No Regrets!!!! I will tell you that this is a BIG bag!! It has some weight to it (I was used to a canvas messenger bag)... and it has a couple of inches on each side of the laptop.... perfect for stuffing in a water bottle and/or power cord. It can easily become heavy.... but how heavy it is is up to you. The other thing I noticed that I LOVE, is that when I use the shoulder strap, It did not cut into my shoulder, nor did it slip off!!! Both the strap and the handles are adjustable!!! For under 50$ you can't beat the quality, the sophisticated look and the size!!

UPDATE 3/8/20:As my original review indicated, I was quite pleased with this bag. It was attractive, pretty color, sturdy, sophisticated, and like a tardis--inside was quite deceptively spacious compared to how it looked on the outside. My one disappointment was the zipper. In response to the 2-star review I left, the seller contacted me in the comments and offered to provide a replacement AND was willing to change the color; however, try as we might, Amazon did NOT make it easy to connect. I was unable to contact her because I was outside of the return period, and she was not able to see my contact info either. When I went to the seller's Amazon page to contact her through there, Amazon x'd out my email address included in the email...so she STILL was not able to connect.One year later, I received a letter from her. She'd figured out a way to contact me, and reiterated her offer. She sent me a replacement in the new color I'd requested, with an upgraded zipper that supposedly has a minimum 3-yr lifespan and is manually tested. The new bag (which is LOVELY) also came with a long, adorable handwritten letter from the owner explaining everything, plus an additional courtesy gift. She persevered a YEAR later to provide me with my replacement, along with a gift and a lovely personal note. I'm happy to upgrade to five stars...she went above and beyond, and truly, the bag is lovely. If this zipper holds out, I will be VERY VERY pleased with the bag.*******************************************************************************************************************************Loved this bag when I first received it. I traveled through airports and stuffed an AWFUL lot of stuff into it with ease. Unfortunately, though the bag has the capacity for a large amount of items, the zipper cannot handle having the bag overstuffed. Within a month, the zipper began to separate, and though I'd always fix it, it's to the point now that I pretty much can never zip it. I bit the bullet and bought myself a Coach.

The media could not be loaded. Firstly I wanted to talk about the customer care experience that I received before moving to the product review. The bag that I initially received had a faulty inside zipper. The seller reached out to me upon getting to know my complaint and tried to do as much as she can to make me feel better and happy. She hardly took very few days from the date it got delivered to check on it, after patiently listening to me she was really gracious enough to send a replacement though she could have easily left a sorry note and went her path. She made sure my happiness and contentment was her first priority. She immediately sent replacement looking at the pictures shared with her regarding the problem and gave me the tracking number too. Her personal attention towards my satisfaction gave me the feel as if I had purchased it from a botique and not from an online e commerce giant. I would give 5 stars just for the customer service.Product review : I was so happy receiving this product and really liked the color and it was as shown in the picture. I was so happy for the packing (nicely wrapped in a soft white cloth bag and then placed in a sturdy cardboard box). The highlighting aspect is the thought full message inside, I had a feel that I was opening a present that someone sent me. It was a hit among my co workers when I showed them all the feature that I looked for while purchasing this laptop bag (extra space to keep few stuff like books, make up pouch, sunglasses etc so that I don't need to carry another handbag (sometimes I even pack my lunch and don’t carry my lunch bag, so much room inside), not that heavy at the same time sturdy, single strap as well as the adjustable handles, most importantly the studs that the bag had at the bottom (not letting it fall when I place it down) they all loved it and many got the amazon product link too. The zippers are sooper smooth without getting stuck and are of good quality. Me and my friend purchased pink and grey and both the colors looked exactly the same as in picture and stylish enough to pair it up with a wide range of wardrobe starting from jean to formal suite. I would definitely recommend this product.
