Perfection
I can not believe how healthy this little beauty was upon arrival. It was shipped in the middle of a terrible heatwave and took about a week to get here. I was so worried that it wouldn’t survive the transport due to the extreme heat out west and then here on the east coast. When it was delivered, the mail carrier left it to cook in my mailbox. Fortunately, I thought to check the mailbox before leaving for the day despite not getting the delivery notification. I immediately brought it inside and unpacked it from it’s snug box, but as you can see, it was perfectly safe and stable. In fact, I had received a rose plant from another nursery the day before which looked rather frail when I unpacked it. I’m still nursing it back to health. This one, though— I can’t stop staring at it in awe of its perfection. Not a single damaged leaf or stem. Not a scratch or sign of disease or wilting. I have so many other roses from this seller in my shopping list that I’m considering, and having received such an excellent specimen in perfect condition, I will not hesitate to purchase the others from this seller. The only downside to this purchase was the cost of shipping. Especially since it took so long. I originally had two in my cart, but I was being charged a shipping fee for each plant (from the same seller). The actual cost of the plant was fair for the size. I will update my review next year when I have more to add.5/6/22– added additional photos to show how we’re looking now in early spring one year later. The bushes have exploded with buds and growth and the fragrance when I pass by these shrubs is dreamy. It’s light and delicate but easy to appreciate. Every day brings more new roses and it keeps me in anticipation. Enjoy!!

no roots, just a clipping not a live plant- this is a scam!
This is the second review I am writting. This was supposed to be a plant. small, but alive and growing. What I recieved was a cutting off a rose bush, with no NO ROOTS. If I wanted to put a green stick in a pot of soil and try to grow it, believe me, I wouldn't be sending for a real plant.I followed the directions. However, when I went to place the plant in the space I had prepared, I found there were NO ROOTS, and it was just a cutting with a few leaves.Needless to say, the cutting didn't grow. It's dead.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

They are prolific bloomers and doing very well. Took a little to get established but are now happy.

Not sure
Received this healthy plant. It was packed well. Within a month, I see the first flower. It's pretty, but it doesn't look like an Eden. Will the flowers change later?

Considered reliable customer service and they stand behind their roses!
I ordered 4 roses (3 Eden Roses and 1 Earth Angel Rose) on July 1, 22 and they arrived July 13, 22. Paid $14 shipping fee for each just to find out that they all cramped together into one priority flat shipping box. 2 Eden Roses we’re on a smaller side. I planted them to the ground with mixture of 1/3 perlites, 1/3 garden soil, 1/3 potting soil. Sadly 2 of the smaller ones almost died while the other two roses thrives in the soil mixture and under full sun. One almost only had less than 10 leaves left and the other one is not happy as well. Anyways, long story short, I contacted customer support and asked for replacement. At first they responded to me that I should dig down 18” deep and 13” wide and plant the roses in and told me to use 1/3 orchid barks, 1/3 garden soil, 1/3 potting soil and made a problem about a puddle of water 2” away from one of the sad rose’s stem. I explained that I just watered them and they usually go down into the soil within 5 minutes. I tried to send more pictures but it wouldn’t allow me. I told them how small the roses are and if I planted them 18” down, the whole rose plant will be buried under. So I didn’t get any reply after that. Suddenly today I received a package with the 2 replacement roses that I requested. These two replacement roses (pictured above are definitely in better condition and taller so I’m crossing my fingers that these two will thrive like the other two surviving roses.Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I’m satisfied with their customer service because they stand and willing to back down their roses. Definitely not happy with paying $14 shipping fee per plants but they were sent and cramp in a single flat priority box. I guess that’s how they make extra money from when someone buy multiple roses at the same time. The roses are rooted, have leaves, and ready to plant in the ground. Comes with instruction. Price wise it’s okay for little rose plants. If the ones that sent in are the healthy and stronger ones, they thrives and grow pretty fast. Maybe I will buy again from Stargazer in the future.Pros:1) Great customer service although the first time contacting them didn’t leave me a good feeling.2) They stand behind their roses.3) Some roses they sent are healthy and will thrive.4) Roses are rooted with leaves, so ready to plant down into the ground.5) Price wise it’s okay for a little rose bush.Cons:1) Paid shipping $14 each plant just to find out that they all cramped together in a single flat priority shipping box which shipping cost doesn’t cost $14 x 4 = $56 total.2) Some roses are very small. They are potted in 3.5”x3.5”x5” pot.
