Best Sheep Book Ever.
East to read and tremendously informative. Iβm 70 pages in and have learned so much about Rams, Ewes and their character and care.I know a sheep farmer and feel so much more knowledgeable to help now. π

Everything you'd want to know
Oh my gosh, really this book is everything that you'd want in a book about sheep. Anyone can read it you don't have to be a collage grad. I like that.Definitely a must have for a sheep or want a be sheep owner. It's also not one of those scary books that after you read your hesitant to even look at sheep. Thanks Ron B. ParkerI can't sumit until I add twenty more words and since I spent time typing this out I'm just going to try and add twenty more words.Hum, great book. Again not a book that scares a person off from buying sheep.

sheep book
We bought the book to give as a gift because one of our sheep raising friends recommended it. The person we gave it to was very excited and said it was the best sheep book she had seen. Very good purchase.

Up-to-date and still good
Bought this book for friends who are new to shepherding after purchasing a personal copy. This book covers sheep raising in concise and factual approach. Every Shepard should have it in their library

Don't waste your money.
Been keeping sheep for three years now and decided it was time to expand my knowledge. This is not the book for that. At a push it may be okay in the US if you are hundreds of miles from the nearest vet but not for the UK. Any book that suggests its ok to administer non approved drugs to your animals or even suggesting that preforming your own autopsy is a good thing should be avoided. I would recommend "The Veterinary Book for Sheep Farmers" by David C. Henderson as a much better source of information
