Heats up fast

I own a 2.0 and one upper. I have long, VERY thick, crazy hair! (Curly) this thing is magic!!! My hair is much healthier since I’ve been using these straightening brushes (2 years now). Customer service is hands down some of the best I’ve ever dealt with! You won’t be disappointed!
