The juicer is fantastic. Super easy to use, very quiet, and a great juice yield. I paired it with a dehydrator to make fruit jerky from the leftover pieces to get an amazing value for the money spent. Highly recommend. The design makes it very easy to clean as well.

I let it sit for a month before using.Finally I opened it up. It was easy to set up. My first use was a blend of carrots, ginger, and apple. I was surprised how well it extracted and how dry the pulp was. There was no separation in the juice. I even took the dry pulp and made muffins for my very picky 4 year old child who is a very picky eater. He loved them! Cleaning the unit was a breeze.Later in the day I wanted to juice for a friend who was not feeling well. I had everything cut up and ready to go. I turn the juicer on and it's not spinning. I disassemble and reassemble but got the same results. Finally I noticed in the base of the juicer that there was a piece loose. I was very confused because I hadn't moved anything or done anything differently. Perhaps just a faulty unit. I returned with no difficulties.
