Bad knees? U need this. No regrets on this purchase.
I have bad knees. This has totally helped with the up and down motion. The height is adjustable so my husband set it just for me! I ordered it on a whim not realizing the excellent quality.

Needs a splash guard for men!
I thought this would work for my husband, but I had to lower it as low as I could because there is no splash guard for a man. I needed the higher seat so he could stand up better when he is finished, but then I have to come in and clean up a giant mess on the floor. Does this company sell a splash guard that might attach easily for such purposes? If not, they should! I cut up a milk jug and made my own splash guard.
