What a neat little invention! Gone are the days of balancing a cabinet door on the top of a paint can in order to paint it haha! Set up four of these nifty little pyramids, one toward each corner, and they have a sturdy place to be painted or sprayed. We haven’t had any issues with them tipping over during our work. The points are small enough not to leave any marks or scratches on painted surfaces. So simple yet so functional. Where have these been all my life?! (I’m a professional house painted and at home DIY-er) Next up, I’m trying them with kitchen drawers…

The paint stands are of good quality but could have been a little larger.

These were the perfect addition to the paint project I was working on. The only issue I had was, even when placed gently on the pyramids, they left tiny spots when picked up. I love that they kept the doors off the floor, it works well, and are easy to store with other supplies. The trick was to paint the backside of the cabinet doors first, facing upwards, then when completely dry, flip and paint the front of the doors. Some spots were still seen, but the doors were so banged up anyway, it was fine. I probably wouldn’t use these on new kitchen doors, but for refinishing like we did, they were great.
