Q: I see this is fire resistant to 700 C degrees, for how long? 1 hour at this temperature or longer?

Don’t buy this bag for the purpose of fire protection. I did a real fire simulation by putting junk mail inside the bag, zipping it securely, then putting the bag inside a cardboard box that had more junk mail. I placed the filled cardboard box in my driveway and used a small torch to set the cardboard box on fire. After 30 minutes nothing in the document bag had survived. The document bag fabric was still intact, but the zipper fabric and even the zipper teeth and zipper pull were consumed by the flames. Amazon should remove this product from their offerings. Buyer Beware!

I have several three 9x12 envelopes in my bags; they fit very well.

Q: When the fireproof bag is loaded to it's fullest thickness (capacity), how many pages of paper can it can accommodate?

Letter size paper about 3/4 of a ream (1.5 inch) thickness. Legal paper would probably be half that but I don’t know all my documents are mostly folded and about 1 inch thick of credit cards and bank books and it all fits with pleanty of more room
