My previous roborock was old, kinda stupid, kept getting stuck but was doing an acceptable job of collecting some dust and pet hair. So, I didn't know what to expect of the saros 10. Just mapping the house - getting into tiny spaces and above ledges without hesitation was a revelation. Didn't get stuck once. I have a compacted space with lots of things. Cleaning performance (both vaccuming and mopping) is crazy in comparison with the older model. Won't replace some manual vacuuming in certain impossible corners, but it's 95% there! Now just wondering about longevity. Let's see The only thing I hope for right now is that store will provide consumables and spares here on amazon.ae, not feeling like exploring Aliexpress for that

I love this robo vacuum, keeps our home clean

Product was working fine until all of a sudden Robot gave an error "Unable to communicate with Dock, please clean the sensor" I reported this to [email protected] (with pics/videos) and connected with seller also where they suggested to follow troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue which did not work after several attempts. Eventually I am returning this product and will be issued a refund. Since I purchased this product with promotional offer and new price is much higher, Amazon gave an option to get the difference in gift card which is not a small amount, I mean how you would prefer getting a gift card worth AED 1500 where getting it deducted on a purchase price is more preferable and obvious option. This disappoints where a Buyer is ok to purchase the product again but due to policies/ troubleshooting end user is left helpless.

I had the S8 max v ultra and developed issues with tank emptying. I had a smooth return within the warranty period thanks to amazon and seller. I got the saros 10 and am so happy with the device. Spotless cleaning and hassle free. However this is supposed to go under furniture but i don't see it going under though. A good buy and I recommend getting it.

I do not recommended to buy this version of Roborock, I gave a chance despite of some issues that was described in reviews and it was wrong decision. In less then a week side brush stopped working( due to quality of cleaning I think it was not working from the very beginning, but message I started to receive later). Now I am talking with support to figure out what to do next and it seems that it couldn’t be solved on my own… totally disappointment

Very disappointed! This is already the second robot I’ve bought from this brand — and again, it doesn’t work. It stopped working in less than a month, and neither Amazon nor the brand’s customer service wants to repair, replace, or refund it. I trusted this brand, but now I’ve completely lost confidence. Paying over 4,000 AED for something that breaks so fast is unacceptable.

I bought Saros 10 back in February 2025, right when it came out with no reviews. But, after seven months, the side brush got stuck with clicking noises. The vacuum still cleans well, but I'd suggest getting rotating pads instead of vibrating ones, since they mop better in my other vacuum. (Yes I replaced Saros 10 with new different brand)

The item is not functioning as it collects the dust and other items and dispose it in bulks in different places in the house. This is extremely disappointing. I need someone to contact and see either to return or repair because the product is useless and defective and we paid big money as a price.

Der Roborock Qrevo CurvX hat meine Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Die Saugkraft ist beeindruckend und selbst hartnäckiger Schmutz wird gründlich entfernt. Besonders gefallen mir das Ultraslim-Design und die Reactive AI-Hinderniserkennung – der Roboter navigiert sauber und bleibt nirgendwo hängen. Das Highlight ist für mich jedoch die Wischfunktion mit anhebbarem Wischmopp. Die Böden werden sichtbar sauberer und das Gerät hebt den Mopp automatisch an, sobald es auf Teppich trifft. Super praktisch! Auch die App-Steuerung ist intuitiv und unkompliziert. Einrichtung verlief ohne Probleme. Die Lautstärke ist angenehm niedrig und der Roboter arbeitet zuverlässig, selbst mehrere Räume am Stück. Fazit: Ein hochwertiger Saug- und Wischroboter, der den Alltag spürbar erleichtert. Ich kann diesen Artikel definitiv empfehlen!

Finally a robot that cleans the house multiple times without needing to be disassembled/detangled or refilled. Both the main and side brushes never get tangled with long golden retriever hair and the mop pads get cleaned thoroughly in the dock around 3 times to clean my small 2 bedroom house on standard settings. It can do about 6 or 7 full cleans before needing the water refilled and the dirty water emptied and so far I haven't had to clean the robot itself or do any other maintenance to keep it cleaning perfectly - the removable base needs to be cleaned maybe once a week or 2 weeks for daily cleans, but my dog tracks in a lot of dirt from the backyard. Scheduling a full clean once a day keeps the floors looking very clean, almost as clean as thorough manual mopping with detergent. I haven't tried the deep clean settings or robot friendly cleaning solutions yet but it does a very good job on my laminate floors, ceramic tile bathroom and even carpets, which it detects automatically. This is my 4th robot vac and I am finally satisfied. The previous ones required so much maintenance and set up that I barely saved any time versus manually vacuuming and mopping the floors. With the sale price of around 860$ cad, this is worth every penny. I straight up never have to manually vacuum the floors, only the spaces in between furniture and appliances the robot can't get to and manual mopping is optional for greasy stains that may require detergent, but even then, one pass from this robot and it would be barely noticeable. Otherwise, the battery lasts long enough to clean my house 3 times over. The app has a lot of features including an AI mode that adjusts vac power, water level, path etc. Scheduling is very easy. The mapping works very well and is adjusted every clean. Obstacle detection is decent but preferably don't let any shoes laying around and electric cords can still be a problem. Dust bag is generously sized, the machine comes with an extra bag. I will definitely order a few more because of all the pet hair. The swiveling side brush and mop pad are pretty cool and actually work very well for corners.

No tenía muy claro si el robot iba a ser efectivo, ya que tenemos perros y varios gatos de pelo largo. Mi anterior robot no pudo con ellos, los pelos se enredaban en las ruedas y en los cepillos, impidiéndole avanzar. Pero en 15 años han evolucionado mucho, los cepillos llevan unas cuchillas incorporadas que hacen que no sea un problema. El robot en sí funciona de maravilla, friega bien y aspira con potencia más que suficiente, detecta e identifica a todas nuestras mascotas y todo tipo de muebles y obstáculos. Las mopas y el cepillo lateral extensibles permiten llegar a esquinas a las que antes no era posibleLa aplicación es muy completa, con muchísimas opciones, aunque las tareas básicas se las puedes indicar con la voz. Por último, el mantenimiento es muy sencillo, filtros y bolsas y cepillos son muy fáciles de limpiar.

Excelente para el aseo de la casa con vitropiso. Esperemos nos dure muchos años . La anterior duró solamente 3 años , Modelo S5
