In a Hurricane, rain flood again, 2AM, get located quick.
This orange personal flotation vest is just a super fit if one is having to go into a dire situation. If fits snug, plenty equipment pockets with an adjustable hood for continued pounding cold rain as Houston endured with 2017 hurricane Harvey. The upper reflectors on each shoulder area are easy locators from a helicopter's spot lights. The easier one can to be located when time is critical, all party sides win. I suggest this vest or ones very similar, for all households and members if the city is subject to flooding every strong rain it encounter as in Houston.

Don't buy this vest
The size says XXL but is barely XL. The zipper is very cheap and I'm sure it won't last a week. The zipper is very hard to get started. Overall, it is made with very cheap and poor quality materials. The vest would float up around your ears if you were in the water with it.
