They worked great & held a charge for our entire week long ...
After reading mixed reviews, but mostly positive for the purpose I wanted these, I decided to try them out. They worked great & held a charge for our entire week long cruise! Granted, we used them sparingly & turned off the ones we weren't using at the time. Also, the range wasn't awesome, but I already knew it wouldn't reach from one end of the ship to the other - I really couldn't tell you how far they DID work, but they came in very handy for our family trip.

Good range decent buy
These have good range, compact but not perfect. Controls can confuse some and if you accidentally trigger the talk button it beeps the other walkies and creates a.... did you call.... did you call.... no it was in the beach bag etc...

My Son's Favorite Stocking Stuffer!
My son just got them yesterday for Christmas, in his stocking, but so far, so good! My husband & son are talking to each other like they are in a COD video game - Its been a pleasure to watch them have so much fun all day and last night playing with these. My husband is often busy in our office doing work he brought home, and doesn't always get a chance to actively play with our son. These are allowing him to do his work in his office, but also, he can pick up the walkie and communicate and follow a storyline and have fun but still focus and get his work done at the same time.

Great price, quality & super easy to use for littles
I got these for my two daughters & they absolutely love them! They are 4 & 6 & they can use them very well. We sat down & put batteries in (not included) & showed them how to use them & they talk on them daily from different rooms lol.

Gift was a hit!
Purchased these for a gift for a bday girl. Let me say, she loved them! She opened them up at her party and used them the entire time! Pink! Perfect size!

I got these as a Christmas present for my 6 yr old son. He really wanted walkie talkies, and of all the research I did, these seemed the best. We haven't gotten a chance to use them yet, so I can't say much about that. I did, however, attempt to put batteries in one and the compartment is very tight. I had read about this in other reviews, so I'm just confirming that it is true. On the plus side, if he lost the battery cover for any reason, I know those batteries aren't falling out. They're also a lot smaller than I was anticipating. From the base to the top of the antenna, they're about 4-inches tall. It's not a bad thing, just an observation. It will be nice that he can put it in his pocket instead of having to set it down somewhere and risk losing it. I'm pretty excited to use them for when he goes to the park with his friends. I haven't tested the range out, but I'm hoping it will be easy to communicate (the park is right across the street).
