So far so good....my only con refers to the side air bags. For me, 6'0, 225lbs, they feel like they fall just short of grabbing my sides. Other than this I could lower the neck part and it really feels like my whole back is getting the massage. IF the side air bags were adjustable like everything else...I'd give the machine 5 1/2. Nevertheless, it gets the job done. It's one of the best I've seen outside of the big chairs that recline and include your legs and feet.

I'm 6' 1'' & my wife is 5' even. Massage works well for both of us, except for the neck massager for my wife -- she's too short. I knew this from product description, so no star deduction.

Worked very well for 1 week. Then the rollers made noise and stopped working

The back message works well. But the neck message is kind of painful to me.

I couldn't wait it, I love it, but it did not come with the car accessory as stated. very disappointed about that.

Great for relaxing

This product is well built and hits my massage points!.... However, the neck rollersCan not be lowered enough to hit my neck and shoulders at the same time. I'm returning it because it is to ROUGH against my back and caused muscle soreness. There needs to be much more soft padding over the rollers!. Looking for a better product.
