Castillo Amor Sauce Bottles, Chamoy, 33 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I know this sounds crazy, but I bought a whole case of liter bottles of this on warehouse deals markdown because of the reviews. It's a different type of sauce than Americans are used to. It's sorta like a vinegary-hot sauce that isn't really very hot...and it had that dried-hot-peppery taste...hard to explain. It's very runny, so be careful when you put it on your food. My 6 yr old likes it because it's only slightly spicy, but adds quite a lot of flavor. This sauce is made by brining fruits (soaking them in salt) and adding vinegar to it. It's not chunky, it's very much the consistency of hot sauce, only with a slightly sweet, peppery-vinegary taste. They say to put it on fruit and I am looking forward to trying that, but so far we've used it on chips, burritos, tacos, etc . I think it will take forever and a day to use up 12 bottles of this, but I doubt it spoils. I can see how it could be addictive.
