Great for keeping my phone charged all day.Great design and quality. Thinner than I had expected.The magnet it strong enough to hold it in place so very functional and recharges very quickly.Highly recommend this.

Its ok. 1st use I found that it overheated and took a long time to charge. At the time it was in my pocket or being used.2nd time I did a controlled test. Cool room and no usage. Went from 40% to 95% on my phone (samsung s25 edge) in approx 2.5 hours before the pack was depleted.I like how compact it is, and magnet strength is excellent, but for peace of mind, Id like to be assured I can at least get 1 full charge from the battery pack. It seems that, Id get 55% charge in optimum conditions.Update:Increased the number of stars due to the excellent customer service received from the provider, who contacted me proactively following my review and did everything they could to improve my experience. I will keep the item too as its a very compact backup to have in an emergency.

I ordered this product and found that it was getting very hot when charging my phone.I spoke to customer support who were brilliant. Very responsive to my issues, email replies and immediately offered a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement because the customer service was prompt. Charger is very slim and very handy for giving my iPhone a top up when needed. Great service.

I'm a sucker for good looks and in a 🌎 of dull tech, this ticked all the boxes.Day one to seven, worked well to a point (moderately decent charge rate, albeit it ran 🔥).Day eight, still holds a magnetic bond to the iPhone with a vice-like grip, though despite many attempts will not charge this or any phones it previously did so.Day nine, request a return for a refund to Amazon. Potentially a good product, though as with the vast majority of low-priced electronic products from China. Few prove to outlast a period of acceptable lifespan from my personal experience.

Charging speed is quick, slimline unit and magnet is strong so it does what is says in the tin. I actually bought 3 but noticed one had different colour charge lights from the others and what was indicated in in the manual. Contacted Lisen and they have replaced free of charge with new one. So great service also!

The magnet strength is excellent hasn’t fallen off and I don’t think it could fall off.The charging speed is a little slow, but still gets a full charge into the phone,It’s easy to charge and very portable, I use mine while my phone is in my pocket.The speed of the charger is the only thing that lets it down
