The front end provide suction to cleans the pore and the the cooler part cools very quickly. There are 3 suction heads provided and backup O-rings. The build is solid and stylish. It is actually rechargeable, so no battery is needed. I really like the cooler head since it is summer now. Overall it is much better than I expect, nice one!

It’s easy to clean my blackheads
I got a lot black head around my nose. It’s very hard to clean. I heard this facial cleanser from my friend, and I try two time after I got it, it’s easy to clean my blackheads. I like the ice compress care too, it’s cool down my nose very soon,don’t make my nose red after clean.

Great customer service
I didn’t know that great of results. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t have a serious black head problem. I just know that even after using it, I could go over the same areas with my fingers and pop them.With the suction on this, I’m sure it’s powerful enough to get out most people’s black heads if you follow the procedures. If your not sure how to open your pores or what the other round head things are. I’m sure if you contact customer service, they will be glad to help you.
