Does the job
My Son liked it, uses in General practice, easy parts replacement apparently, but it's stayed the course so far. No complaints and the quality is good.

Not used in medical profession
bought this for training a dutch shepard to get used to the vets and some of these every day equipment so I am not really qualified to comment on performance.but I have had a go at listening to his heart and yes I can hear it clearly and turned the head if that is what it is call and yes I can hear the breathing in and out through the ear buds.when in the ears it not that bad at all and quite comfortable as for precipice sound I will let a real doctor comment.

Excellent bit of kit for the money, good sound and replacement tips in the box. Also comes with a lifetime warranty and can get replacement parts. Looks and feels premium. For the money you're getting a lot.

Sound is diminished when compared to another brand with similar price range
Compared this with ADC 619, the tube is more rigid and sound is more diminished. Color as advertised very pretty.
