I use to have a gym membership and loved using a fitness ball for sit-ups and balance activities. I now workout during lunch at work and decided to buy one of these to bring to work. The hardest part is filling up the ball with the small pump. It took me about 10 minutes of continuous pumping to finally fill this ball maximum capacity. Now that the ball is full I'm finally bringing back my 6 pack. It might take a few months (or years), I'm looking forward to the beach.

Nice quality and came with a pump. Easy to use best for home workouts. I am really satisfied with the quality. Good to have who wants to do workout at home.

Big, round, bouncy ball. Fun to sit & and to exercise with. Got black this time because previous lighter ones got dirty & never really looked clean after I washed them. Also finally have the correct size for my frame. If you are on the border, size up.

DO NOT BUY!my ball was leaning against the wall in my living room and it ripped the paint off the wall! terrible cheaply made product that is not worth ruining surfaces.

I bought this exercise ball to use as a seat. I wanted to try changing my work seat so that I could sit with a better posture. I might use this ball as an exercise ball instead because it has strained my back sitting on it for longer periods of time

This ball burst open on my husband while he was bouncing with our 6 months old. She was asleep and it was quite a terrifying awakening for them to both fall to the ground. My husband is tall but not a large person at all. Not sure if I would even want to use it as an exercise ball... Don't recommend it to anyone looking to use it for their baby..

exactly what i need it to do squats and strengthen my legs after knee surgery. tough and sturdy. abrasive enough to not let you slip of any surface. so dont use it on any soft surface or paint. it will take some of it off. lol.

After inflating the ball, I noticed that it was warped. The original packaging was discarded, so I am unable to return. I had to purchase another one.
