PatchMommy customer service is AWESOME!!!!! (even if patch is too big)
Patch is way to big just like the other reviewer said. Even with the dimensions given in the listing, it's hard to envision it until you look at it in your hands. Return policy was not clear from Amazon.com when I purchased it, and Amazon said this item "is not eligible for return." I was really disappointed at first.Updated Review 12/1/2017: PatchMommy read my 1st review, and they sent me a personal note in the mail and gave me a smaller version of this patch for free!!! I'm so delighted, and I'm really touched that this company went out of it's way to help me. I'm a pediatric nurse, and I was trying to find something to make my badge more kid-friendly. I can't wait to show my patients. I will definitely order more appliques from this company. I know my kids would like some of these cute patches for their clothes and jackets. Thanks guys!
