Maybe I got a bad batch ... so disappointed.
I was super excited to receive this product however upon opening it the smell was unpleasant. It literally smelled like musty balls and armpits and I'm not exaggerating. I'm so.disappointed because I was really looking forward to using the aloe on my hair and face but I don't want to smell like musty balls and armpits.Fyi. I ordered on Sept. 17.2017, received the pkg on Sept. 20 and placed in the refrigerator immediately. Sept. 21. I opened the pkg to wash and prep the leaves for its intended use. There was yellow liquid in the bottom of the bag, it looked like urine. Some leaves were yellow and brown those were the ones that smelled horrible. I tried to salvage those that were still green but the smell from the others made the green ones smell horrible as well and my aloe juice I made came out yellow. Isn't it suppose to be clear??? . I might add some essential oils and see if that will help diminish the smell. There's not much I can do about the color. I'm not sure I'm just really disappointed right now.

TERRIBLE!DO NOT ORDER I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER!I opened this up and was surprised to see it did not come with ice. The second I opened it, an awful smell started stinking up my whole house! Could not remove smell for weeks! I am disappointed and have written multiple complains about a refund. No response in months. I am warning you, you don’t want this spoiled THING in your beautiful home. I am warning you in advance. You’re welcome.
