PBN Creatine 500g Pouch

I have recently started taking creatine as i began to work out more. I cannot vouch for the effects of it, however i feel that my performance improved (could be a placebo). However, it is less gritty tasting than other creatine's i have tried. I add it to my morning smoothie before heading out to work. This pouch comes at a great price too. My advice would be to give this a try for as long as the pouch takes and measures your improvements for yourself.

I hope my photos are enough confirmation that it is 100% creatine monohydrate and that it's a 500g pack with 100 servings! Granted I've just received it today. Personally I'll load for 5 days at 20g per day (not strictly necessary) and then 5g per day going forwards. Also I'll be dry-scooping and washing it down with my protein drink to avoid wasting any! Will update my review if I get my desired results! For now, the price is unbeatable!!Edit 12th November: Ordered a second batch as it came up on offer for pretty much the same price as last time and it arrived in 19 hours!! It's good stuff and well worth it!

Bought 2 of these as they were on offer for £7.50 each, been using every day and also done the loading phase, 1 bag will last a long time, shakes up fairly well, sometimes a bit gritty but first time having creatine so can’t compare to other brands, would highly recommend and would also buy again

The benefits of creatine are well documented. It's said to be very safe. This comes in a reasonable easily resealable pouch. Not as good as the Bodybuilding Warehouse pouches but adequate. It has no flavour which is fine for me. I mix this with some Beta Alanine, BCAA powder, little protein powder and add my own blackcurrent juice concentrate in my shaker bottle.

Good quality for money. Used this when I started working out a month or so ago. I'm using other supplements too but this helped me put on about 10 pounds of muscle.Highly recommend this product!

Good value, it does clump initially because it is a very fine powder but does mix good once shook well. Good to add to other stuff.

what can i say? it's creatine, it's cheap, and now i'm so huge i have to shuffle through doors sideways like a crab.
