Stop working after a year
I bought it for my new house, Firstly I was very happy it was brand new and I did not use it a lot (once or twice a day) but when the battery run off it stop to recognize my fingerprint and I have to put mi number password every time that I have to go inside, I am scared that the looker stop to recognize my password as did with my finger print and leave me out site the houseplease help

Only Open with a key
The media could not be loaded. Only open with the key, when putting the fingerprint or the code the opening sound is heard but it does not open, what is the solution? The lock is big and if it needs to be changed, the door should also be changed, since the gaps are very large

Price/ quaility
Excellent Product for the price. Works perfectly. Installation was kind of hard, but seller comunication was great. Seller even sent a video of the installation via email. Very pleased.

Installation was fairly straightforward and I had all the parts I needed. Screws could have been marked on the bags, by the illustration made it easy to figure out what was what. Up and working without any issues programming was fairly easy also. Would rate higher but need to use for a while to know quality.
