Very good supplement. I really love the choice of ingredients made up for the blend. Easy to take. Comes in an amber glass bottle with a squeeze bulb dropper. Easy peasy to add to your morning smoothie or juice/water. I didn't taste any aftertaste either. Been taking now for about a week and am very pleased. I followed the directions on the bottle.
