Classic JBL sound with classic JBL pitfalls
Has 3 built-in equalizer presets. Default, Bass and Vocal. In that order so it's easy to cycle through them. Also they are stored on-device so the EQ setting remains when you switch devices. 'Default' is the most balanced with really good treble. 'Bass' extends the low end by a LOT so if you're a basshead you'll likely keep this preset ON because even after 4-6 hrs of burn-in time, the default setting isn't THAT bass-heavy. 'Vocals' kicks the mid-range into orbit and brings out dialogue as clear as day. The built-in DAC really helps bring out those tiny details considerably. --CON-- The wire makes A TON of noise to the point you'll be forced to sit still or raise the volume by a considerable amount so it doesn't bleed into your main listening content. Solid 8/10 buy

No warranty
Sound quality is ok but not worth the price. The disappointment is the fact that there is no warranty on this. Mine stopped working in just 4 months. So I wanted to claim warranty. JBL support asked me to drop email so I did. They asked to cut the earphones and send them a video of doing it so I did that too. They asked me share the invoice and ID card and my address on WhatsApp support to get a replacement unit. Seemed like the best brand support so far. I tried doing that but it never worked. Nothing happened after uploading docs. The mail chain went on for 3 months but nothing happend. I kept asking what to do next and they kept sending me the same instructions over and over again. Whatever I reply they just send me the email with instructions which never worked anyway. After 2 months and almost 25 mails I decided to let it go since it was not worth the time or effort.

Just an okay product.
The sound quality is okay. Was expecting much more in terms of sound quality. Also, the tip of the earbuds keeps falling no matter what. Wire length is good. It’s an okay product. Was a bit disappointed.
