Don't listen to the bad reviews. The product came well packaged. Rigid cardboard box, panel itself is in bubble wrap within box and it was sandwiched between foam.Scuff marks people complain about are on the PROTECTIVE FILM that is attached to every LCD panel made. You need to remove it, duh!DOA panels are most likely due to inexperience with handling raw LCD panels.Installed on kids iPad on 8-1-18, will update this review if panel craps out. Right now working like a champ and had no issues with anything. If you aren't good at this sort of thing, PAY SOMEONE (Don't attempt then leave bad reviews for a good product due to lack of experience). If you are good at this type of work it's a fine panel.

LCD works great! I got it next day and had it put in and turned on. Excellent purchase and I had no issues with scratches or the screen not coming back on after hitting the top button. Works just like it did new. Thanks for the great product!

Overall this screen is pretty good. Installation was pretty easy. The screen looks good but only complaint is that it doesn’t seem to be as vibrant but it there are not dead spots or pixel issues. Highly recommend buying another digitizer in case you crack it even though you are extremely careful. You could have a stress crack on the edge of the glass and not know it until you go to remove it and then it runs. That happened to me while replacing the lcd screen.

It came pretty scratched up, so I don’t think it’s new or something happened to it. But, once you turned it on you really cant see the scratches, and you can’t see it will under the digitizer. It works well, but I’ll remove two stars for that.

Fit right in. Touch screen not as responsive as original but definitely acceptable for the price.

I didn’t open the box in time to return it so I was really bummed when I finally installed it and found it was damaged.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The display works fine only when the ipad turns on, after it gets into stand-by mode, it is not ever coming back to display nothing but the backlight only. I need to reset it to be able to see something again... definitely the display is not working.. need to find a way to get a replacement.

I believe this item came damaged. However, by the time it was installed it was too late to return it. :/
