Sunsolar Energy Technologies AquaJack 211 Battery Operated Inground/Above Ground Swimming Pool & Spa Cleaner

This product was purchased in June 2018. It was used for approximately 2.5 months when the summer season ended. The unit was put back into it's original box and placed inside my home for the winter months. In the spring the unit would not charge. I figured the battery needed to be replaced. When I removed the batteries I saw the whole circuit board was fried. I paid for someone to look at it and was told it could not be repaired due to water getting inside the battery area. The unit including the battery compartment was made to go in the water so must have not been properly water sealed at the factory it was made it. When I contacted the company I was given the run around so I am out $165. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

Sent it back was missing the charger!

I have only had this a month approx.At first I thought it was fantastic, on first try it really worked well.Second time, it worked well.Third time, it slowed down after a few minutes like it was losing it's full charge and then it just stopped working.Now it will NOT CHARGE at all!!It worked well, but now I can't use it!

Really apreciated aquajack. But I have a concern about the battery charge. In fact I fully recharged the battery (green light). I didn't usedit then. But next morning when trying to use my aquajack, the battery was fully discharged (red light). Very disapointing though.
